About Alysha

Hi there! I’m Alysha.

I’m SO EXCITED you’re considering a coach. It means you may have a big goal ahead of you — or that you’re looking for direction. Both are great reasons to come to coaching.

I was part of the Washington, D.C., journalism scene before finding my way to the mountains in Idaho. Now, instead of working for global news networks, multinational tech companies or local news organizations, I run my own editorial agency and executive coaching business.

Helping others genuinely makes me happy. Executive coaching gives me the chance to help leaders in the journalism and business communities. To level up my experience, I spent a rigorous year in the International Coaching Federation-accredited coach training program at the University of Texas at Dallas. I topped it off with a master’s of science in leadership and organizational development to better serve executive clients.

On the weekends, you can find me crafting, driving forest roads, or curled up with a good book.
